REIKI
Reiki is an energy healing technique using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of life force energy through the body to reduce stress and promote healing. As a Reiki Master Nicole has been working with energy in many ways. She has been giving treatments on Ibiza & The Netherlands. During a treatment we start with a short introduction and tune in on issues or needs. Nicole uses different approaches in Reiki, For example clearing the chakras, working with sound healing like sound bowls or sound therapy like Tuning Forks.

REIKI TREATMENT
During a treatment you lie down, you keep your clothes on and just close your eyes. You don't have to do anything. Nicole holds her hands above and on your body. Reiki is very gentle, loving energy, which can heal on a deep level of consciousness. It can work as recharge of your body, fiscally as well as energetically, but it can also work on specific areas or traumas from the past you might experiencing. Just what your body and soul need.

REIKI & CHAKRAS

Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. By clearing these wheels through Reiki we do a "clean up" for the whole body by starting at the core of your being. If the base of your spiritual body is clean, then the rest of the bodies follow(fysical, mental and emotional body). During a Reiki treatment we also work on the chakras, but this is a more specific practice.
