Full Day Immersion

A full day of awakening ceremonies, functional Yoga & movement Practice, Sound healing meditation and most of all grounding with mother nature. Recharged, reconnected and furfilled we will end the day with a lovely sunset at the west of the island.

Lunch, lots of tea, drinks and treats included.
