REIKI & CHAKRAS

Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. By clearing these wheels through Reiki we do a "clean up" for the whole body by starting at the core of your being. If the base of your spiritual body is clean, then the rest of the bodies follow(fysical, mental and emotional body). During a Reiki treatment we also work on the chakras, but this is a more specific practice.
